This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how www.tuffmanequipment.com (the “Site”), owned and maintained by TUFFMAN EQUIPMENT (“we,” “our” or “us”), collects information about you (“User(s),” “you” or “yours”).  It governs the manner in which information is gathered through the Site, how we treat the information, how we collect it, how we use it and share it, and what choices you have regarding it. Web Browser Cookies

The Site uses “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. TUFFMAN EQUIPMENT collects and uses Users’ personal information for the following purposes:
